    A Bill to amend Section 55-9-190, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the powers of the Aeronautics Commission and political subdivisions of this State in regard to the establishment of airports, so as to grant to the political subdivisions of this State but not to the Aeronautics Commission certain additional powers in regard to the use and disposal of property acquired for air transportation and facilities purposes.
