    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 46-3-175 so as to provide for an agribusiness license and a single bond issued by the State Department of Agriculture in lieu of a license or permit and a separate bond for seed handlers, dealers in agricultural products, public weighmasters, pesticide dealers and applicators, and agricultural liming materials distributors.
