H 3607 General Bill, By M. McLeod
    A Bill to amend Section 40-39-100, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the interest rate on loans which pawnbrokers are allowed to charge and the maximum loans which pawnbrokers may make so as to reduce the maximum interest rate they may charge, reduce the maximum amount of the loan which they may make, and revise the contents of the notice they are required to post in their place of business concerning their interest rate on loans.
