    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-3-450 so as to provide that for the purpose of registration and titling of salvaged motor vehicles the State of South Carolina shall follow the provisions of the Federal Anti Car Theft Act of 1992.
