    A Joint Resolution to require all state agencies, political subdivisions, and agencies of political subdivisions to submit in writing, not later than sixty days following the effective date of this Act, to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives a list of every one of its investments, including the amount thereof, in any financial or governmental entity of the country of South Africa or in certain business enterprises or charitable foundations connected with South Africa.
