    A Bill to amend Section 11-35-1520, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating in part to the requirement under the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code that certain competitive procurements made by a governing body must be made from a responsive and responsible resident vendor, so as to revise the requirements for a vendor to be considered a resident vendor.
