    A Bill to amend Chapter 13, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to admission, detention, and removal of patients at state mental health facilities, by adding Section 44-13-65 so as to require the Department of Mental Health to have an autopsy performed upon certain of its deceased patients at state mental health facilities.
