    A Bill to amend Chapter 9, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Department of Mental Health, by adding Section 44-9-105 so as to require the Department to report to the Committee on Mental Health and Mental Retardation and to the Ombudsman in the Governor's Office certain incidents of patient-to-patient, patient-to-staff, or staff-to-patient abuse or injury.
