    A Bill to amend Section 12-7-435, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to deductions from South Carolina taxable income, so as to increase from three thousand to six thousand dollars the maximum amount of retirement income a taxpayer at least sixty-two years of age may deduct from taxable income.
