    A Bill to amend Section 38-1-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions for purposes of the insurance laws of this State, so as to include "job protection insurance" in the definition of "casualty insurance", to set forth what job protection insurance does not apply to, to exempt individuals who solicit job protection insurance on behalf of certain insurance carriers from having to take and pass a written examination in order to be licensed, and to provide that coverages provided under this type of insurance are not subject to guaranty funds unless specifically indicated in the laws governing those funds.
