A Concurrent Resolution to invite the President and Mrs. Ronald W. Reagan to attend the ball to be held in Charleston on May 21, 1988, in celebration of the Bicentennial of the ratification of the United States Constitution by the State of South Carolina, and to invite President Reagan to address the joint session of the South Carolina General Assembly which will assemble in the Old Exchange Building in Charleston on May 23, 1988, for the purpose of memorializing South Carolina's ratification of the Constitution.
