    A Bill to amend Chapter 7, Title 62, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the administration of trusts, by adding Section 62-7-211 so as to provide that the Probate Court may, upon certain terms and conditions, divide a trust into two or more single trusts or consolidate two or more trusts into a single trust.
