    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-4030, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to maximum widths of vehicles operated on highways, so as to permit vehicles including loads with widths of not more than one hundred two inches exclusive of safety devices to operate on national interstate and defense highways and other highways designated by the Department of Highways and Public Transportation and to permit buses not exceeding the same widths to operate on all highways having lanes twelve feet or more in width and on other streets and highways within five miles of any such highway for access to passenger facilities and destinations.
