    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-39-165 so as to provide that students with an overall "C" average or better in all academic courses they have taken which count for purposes of high school graduation are eligible to participate in High School Teacher Cadet Programs if they meet all other requirements of the program.
