    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-460, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties for operating a motor vehicle while the operator's license to drive is cancelled, suspended, or revoked, so as to clarify the application of the minimum sentence requirement by specifically limiting the minimum sentence to convictions for third and subsequent offenses.
