    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-4072 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PICK-UP TRUCK USED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES WITH A FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLY MAY NOT TOW MORE THAN TWO SEPARATE TRAILING VEHICLES, AND TO PROVIDE A MAXIMUM LENGTH FOR THIS COMBINATION OF VEHICLES.
