H 3742 General Bill, By D.E. McTeer
    A Bill to amend Section 4-10-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to minimum distributions for purposes of the local option sales tax, so as to provide that revenue of those county areas collecting more than five million dollars used to supplement the revenues of county areas collecting less than two million dollars must be totally distributed in the manner provided in this Section up to the amount of the minimum distribution.
