    A Bill to amend Section 12-21-1010, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in regard to beer and wine taxes, so as to define the term "cooler beverages", and to amend Article 7, Chapter 21 of Title 12, relating to beer and wine taxes, by adding Section 12-21-1025 so as to provide for the taxation of "cooler beverages".
