    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-190, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Clarendon County, so as to delete the specific locations of polling places for certain precincts and provide that polling places must be determined by the Clarendon County Election Commission with the approval of a majority of the Clarendon County legislative delegation.
