    A Bill to amend Section 50-19-2340, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to devices used for taking nongame fish in Lake Greenwood and Boyd's Mill, so as to limit the number of plastic jugs which may be used by any one person, to require a permit to use jugs and to eliminate the requirement that they be secured to remain stationary.
