H 3784 General Bill, By Sheheen
    A Bill to amend Article 5, Chapter 7, Title 12, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to computing gross and net income for purposes of the State Income Tax by adding Section 12-7-614 so as to provide that a permanent business enterprise is entitled to an additional deduction in computing its State of South Carolina income tax liability of an amount equal to the wages and employer contributions paid to or on behalf of an employee while that employee receives illiteracy instruction.
