    AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 930 OF 1970, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR KERSHAW COUNTY, SO AS TO REVISE THE SPECIFIC ELECTION DISTRICTS FROM WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THE KERSHAW COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL BE ELECTED BEGINNING WITH SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTIONS IN 2014, AND TO PROVIDE FOR DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION IN REGARD TO THESE NEWLY DRAWN ELECTION DISTRICTS. - ratified title
