    A Bill to amend Sections 44-61-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to emergency medical services, so as to provide that certificates for emergency medical technicians shall be renewable for three rather than two years, to authorize waivers of refresher courses for techncians under certain conditions, and to extend certificates issued for less than three years for a one-year period.-at
