A Bill to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 11-9-140 so as to authorize a state agency to contract by the competitive bidding process, for the sale of advertising space, to provide for the distribution of the advertising revenue, to provide the requirements which the advertising and the sale of the advertising must meet, and to provide a procedure for written objection to advertising placed pursuant to the provisions of this Section.
