A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-111-110, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TUITION NOT BEING CHARGED TO CHILDREN OF FIREMEN, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TOTALLY DISABLED OR KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT SPOUSES OF THESE FIREMEN, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES ALSO SHALL NOT BE CHARGED TUITION AND IF THE FIREMAN, OFFICER, OR EMPLOYEE HAS DIED ON THE CONDITION THE SPOUSE HAS NOT REMARRIED.
