A Joint Resolution proposing amendments to Sections 3, 4, and 6 of Article III, Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the House of Representatives and the Senate, so as to provide that the Senate shall consist of fifty members and the House of Representatives shall consist of one hundred members, to provide that two House members must be elected from each Senatorial district, and to delete provisions relating to apportionment of members of the House of Representatives and the Senate among counties.
