    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-1210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to unlawfully leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, so as to provide penalties for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in minor injuries and increase the penalties for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death or a disabling injury to imprisonment for not less than five years nor more than twenty-five years.
