    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-43-205 so as to allow insurance agents conditionally to split a commission on the cooperative sale of a policy of insurance even though only one of the agents was licensed for the insurer whose policy of insurance was the policy sold.
