    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-65-48 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF A STUDENT IS HOME SCHOOLED IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY LAW, HIS RESIDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ANNUALLY SHALL REIMBURSE HIS CUSTODIAL PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR THE COST OF HIS HOME SCHOOLING, AND TO DEFINE COST FOR THIS PURPOSE.
