H 3822 General Bill, By J.H. Hodges, Boan, Fair and Haskins
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-21-2723 so as to provide for the suspension of a permit or license issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission for premises on which the payment of money or the awarding of any item or thing having monetary value is made to the player of certain coin-operated nonpayout pin tables, in-line pin games, or video games with free-play feature.
