A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-21-2743 so as to provide that a licensee who maintains for use or permits the use of, on any place or premises occupied by him, certain coin-operated nonpayout pin tables, in-line pin games, or video games with free play feature and who knows or should have known that these machines have been used for unlawful purposes is guilty of a misdemeanor, to provide a penalty, and to provide for the confiscation of the machines by the Tax Commission.
