    A Bill to provide that the Williams Park Subdivision near the town of Mullins constitutes a part of School District Number Two of Marion County; and to relieve the residents of the subdivision of the tax obligations imposed on residents of School District Number One of Marion County and provide that they shall assume the tax obligations imposed on residents of School District Number Two of Marion County.
