    A Bill to amend Section 38-73-10, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property, casualty, and inland marine insurance, surety rates, rate-making organizations, and the declaration of the purpose and the construction of Chapter 73 of Title 38, so as to delete certain language and provisions and provide that one of the purposes of the Chapter is to encourage reasonable competition so as to provide rates that are responsive to competitive market conditions by allowing insurance companies to use their own rates and classification plans and to allow affiliate companies to do the same.-short title
