    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 46-13-75 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED AS A COMMERCIAL APPLICATOR OF PESTICIDES IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE CERTIFIED IF THE PERSON USES NO OTHER PEST CONTROL SUBSTANCE EXCEPT GLYPHOSPHATE.
