    A House Resolution to express concern over the increasing violence against and abuse of women in today's society, to recognize the evening of Wednesday, April 23, 1986, as "Take Back the Night", the occasion of a citizens' rally at 7:00 p.m. at the State House to draw attention to this contemptible conduct, and to authorize the use of the House Chamber for the rally in case of inclement weather.
