H 3842 General Bill, By I.K. Rudnick and Washington
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 29-3-321, so as to provide that when a mortgagee or assignee of a mortgage is a financial institution, it is responsible for recording the satisfaction or cancellation of the mortgage it holds.
