H 3851 General Bill, By B.J. Gordon and L.S. Whipper
    A Bill to amend Section 59-63-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to age requirements for attendance in the public schools of this State, so as to provide that students may enter the first grade if they will attain the age of six on or before December 31 of the applicable school year.
