H 3854 General Bill, By J.D. Bradley
    A Bill to provide that licensed chiropractors must be permitted staff privileges, the use of facilities, and the right to admit patients at all hospitals in this State in the same manner and subject to the same rules that licensed physicians are, and to require hospitals and the Department of Health and Environmental Control to conform their bylaws or regulations in order for them to be consistent with the provisions of this Act.
