    A Bill to amend Title 40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 58 so as to provide for the certification of real estate appraisers, create the Real Estate Appraisers Board, provide for the membership, compensation, powers and duties, provide for certification requirements and for the renewal, suspension, and revocation of certification, provide for fees, and to provide penalties.
