    A Bill to amend Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 122 so as to authorize the Board of Visitors of the Citadel to issue student and faculty housing revenue bonds in order to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, renovation, or equipping of student and faculty housing and related auxiliary facilities, to provide that the bonds must be secured by a lien on and pledge of revenues derived from student and faculty housing and auxiliary facilities and operations, to provide procedures relating to the authorization of the bonds; to amend Act 653 of 1978, as amended, relating to the issuance of faculty housing revenue bonds for the College of Charleston and Francis Marion College, so as to authorize the issuance of additional bonds; to repeal Act 619 of 1967 and Section 7 of Act 194 of 1979 relating to the authorization of the Board of Visitors to issue student housing renovation bonds; and to provide that no time limit is set for the issuance of bonds under this Act.-amended title
