    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-780, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to records and confidential information regarding children under the jurisdiction of the family court, so as to provide that the restriction against making public the names and pictures of these children only applies to those children under the jurisdiction of the court for any status offense or for a first offense involving the commission of a crime which would be a misdemeanor or felony if committed by an adult.
