H 3896 General Bill, By J.L.M. Cromer, Alexander and Carnell
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 61-1-115 so as to provide for transfer of a biennial license or permit to sell alcoholic liquors or beer or wine if the location of the business is changed and provide for a refund of a portion of the license or permit fee when a licensee or permittee closes the business or dies.
