    A Bill to amend Section 61-9-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the sale of beer and wine, so as to provide that beer and wine may be sold on Sundays at publicly owned and operated golf courses upon the consent of the governing bodies of these golf courses, but only in counties and municipalities where Sunday sales are permitted.
