    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-17-510, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO UNLAWFULLY ENTICING AN ENROLLED CHILD FROM ATTENDING SCHOOL, SO AS TO PROVIDE WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO A STUDENT IN SCHOOL WHO ENTICES ANOTHER STUDENT NOT TO ATTEND SCHOOL WHICH MATTERS SHALL BE HANDLED ADMINISTRATIVELY BY APPROPRIATE SCHOOL OFFICIALS.
