H 3920 General Bill, By J.C. Johnson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-11-665, so as to provide that permanent part-time employees of the State designated as (PPT) may accumulate and be paid for at retirement up to a total of forty-five days of annual leave and to provide that the provisions of this Section do no apply to school teachers in the employ of any school district of this State regardless of their employee classification.
