    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-930, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to valuation of property and depreciation for purposes of property taxation, so as to provide that on the sale of an item of depreciated property between corporations the purchaser may use the seller's depreciated value of the property as its basis for purposes of property tax valuation and to provide exceptions.
