    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 9, CHAPTER 22, TITLE 17 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE UNIFORM EXPUNGEMENT OF CRIMINAL RECORDS, BY ADDING SECTION 17-22-935 TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN NON-VIOLENT OFFENSES MAY BE EXPUNGED AND TO ESTABLISH THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH THE EXPUNGEMENT MAY OCCUR.
