H 3930 General Bill, By Jennings
    A Bill to amend Section 9-8-120, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to retirees under the Judges and Solicitors Retirement System returning to state service and the practice of law by retired justices or judges, so as to further provide for the manner in which a retired justice or judge shall make an irrevocable election that he wishes to engage in the practice of law thereby becoming ineligible for appointment by the Chief Justice to serve as a justice or judge in the courts of this State.
