H 3931 Concurrent Resolution, By Fair
    A Concurrent Resolution requesting the State Superintendent of Education to inform the science teachers in the State's public schools that, consistent with the expressions of the United States Supreme Court in "Edwards v. Aguillard", they have the freedom and flexibility to supplement the present science curriculum with the presentation of various methods of the origins of life, and of humankind in particular, and requesting the State Superintendent to inform the science teachers accordingly within ninety days of the adoption of this Resolution and to report to the General Assembly.
