    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to automobile insurance collision and comprehensive coverage, so as to provide that the collision coverage which must be made available by the provisions of this Section must cover private passenger automobiles rented by the insured.
